SHIPPING POLICY AND FAQ:

When will my order ship?
We try to ship orders same day, but otherwise within 24 hours. If your order was placed on a Saturday, it will ship Monday.

When will my order arrive? (Canada Post holidays may affect these estimates)
Example:
Ontario - 1-2 weekdays
British Columbia - 5-6 weekdays
anywhere else in Canada should be 2-5 weekdays

What if my order has a combination of In-Stock products and Pre-Order products?
For example, if you have 2 items in your order, one with a pre order date of Oct 25, and the other of Nov 3, your whole order will ship by Nov 3.

Do you offer free shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping. All shipping prices are calculated automatically at checkout and we charge the customer what we would pay. Our prices take this into consideration and the final price at checkout should still be very competitive when compared to other shops.

Why am i being charged over $15 on such a small item?
Shipping rates for Parcels from Canada Post start at around $15 no matter how small the product is. We suggest purchasing multiple products because they should have the same rate. For example, purchasing 1 Booster bundle may have a shipping rate of $16, but buying 4 booster bundles will still have the same rate of $16. Making buying 4 booster bundles more cost efficient for the customer.

How much is shipping?
Shipping price usually starts at around $10-$15 and can range up to approx. $25 for heavier items. Customers may go to checkout and enter their address to see shipping prices before completing their order.

Can I track my order?
All shipping includes a tracking number.

 

PRE ORDERS:

What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is the purchasing of an item before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped at a later date.

When will my order containing pre-order items ship?
By purchasing an item that is on pre-order, your entire order placed will ship once all items on the invoice are in released (usually 1 day before). Please take note of the release date in the title of the items you are pre-ordering.

The pre-order date that is the furthest away dictates the ship date of your order. For example, if you have 2 items in your order, one with a pre order date of Oct 25, and the other of Nov 3, your order will ship by Nov 3.

Shopify may give you a
 default "estimated" or "expected" delivery date, please ignore this date because the system doesn't know that it is a pre order which ships on release date. Once shipped, you will receive a more accurate estimate from the postal service.

What if my order has a combination of In-Stock products and Pre-Order products?
For these orders, we ship the whole order once all products are available. We can not ship the products separately under 1 order (Please contact us if you'd like to change an order).

When do I have to pay for my pre-order items on my invoice?
Full payment is taken upfront for all pre-orders.

Can I cancel my pre-order?
If you choose to cancel a pre-order item with us, a restocking fee of 10% will be withheld from the refund amount on the pre-order items you are choosing to cancel. This is non negotiable.

What happens if an item on pre-order is delayed?
If an item's release date is delayed by the manufacturer, we will notify you via email or phone. You may choose to wait or receive a full refund (no restocking fee applied in this scenario).

What happens if we oversell on a pre-order item and fail our responsibility of filling your pre-order?
If we cancel your pre-order due to us not being able to fulfill it due to not receiving enough supply, we will also credit you 3% in store credit on top of the refund, due to us making the clear mistake of overselling. This only applies to orders that were not refunded right away.
