          Quick shipping, but contents suffered from being too tightly packed.

          The box was crammed into a shipping box that it didn’t quite fit into, so it was hard to remove and the edges of the packaging/box were crumpled visibly at its corners. I broke the product’s packaging some more simply trying to remove it from the shipping box. The product’s contents were fine, but it wasn’t good for display for my collection anymore. I didn’t see any way of proving it though, and it’s not worth the extra time and shipping it would cost to send it back. In all, it was legitimate product that arrived quickly. I’d probably still order from them again. I will just have to remember to ask for careful shipping next time.
